Starting at the early age of 13, John couldn't resist the "urge" to beat the skins. His music career started in school, playing in the concert and marching bands. Soon John bought his first drum set and the rest is history. Drawn to the sounds of Rock-n-Roll, Blues and Motown, he knew he had to be playing tunes that stir the soul and make you want to dance.
John founded Caught Red Handed in the summer of 1999 with a very simple vision: create a band that plays the very best classic Rock, Motown and Rhythm & Blues. Because of this, Caught Red Handed is tight, conditioned, professional and always fun. John's creed is simple, "If you need your soul stirred, need to dance, and want to have a fun, come see a band that plays great music; come see Caught Red Handed ".
